| Katie Morley was originally inspired to learn nutrition after experiencing a transformational 7 day detox at The Sanctuary in Thailand during an 8 month travelling adventure in 2005. Conscious nutrition seeks to empower by allowing us to take back control of our own healing. Through the understanding that the body does not know how to work against us, we can see that illness and dis-ease are signals from the body to indicate that something needs to change and that our body is responding with its own healing mechanisms. |
